Estimated Delivery Times

Because we ship directly from our trusted global suppliers via AliExpress using AutoDS, delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Every order comes with a tracking number, emailed once the product ships.

  • It may take a few days for tracking to update after the order is shipped. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, contact us at [yourstore@email.com].

Split Shipments

To get your products to you faster, items in your order may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.


❗DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

We do our best to keep things moving, but sometimes shipping carriers experience delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days, please contact us for a free replacement or full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Natural disasters or shipping carrier disruptions


🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your item is marked as delivered. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is damaged or incorrect)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We’ll fix it — fast. Please email [yourstore@email.com] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A short description of the issue

We'll offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.


💸 REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of store error).
